- For bookings subject to a deposit, it should be noted that the reservation stays subject to receipt of the deposit within the period of 7 days.
- The settlement of the invoice is made entirely on site by the client.
- If guaranteed by credit card, the deadline for free cancellations is 24.00 before the date of arrival. For cancellations less than 24.00, the amount of 1 night will be charged.
- If guaranteed by a deposit, it is not reimbursed in case of cancellation.
- In case of no-show, the minimum amount of one night will be charged.

Terms and conditions of sale banquet, catering, reception organizer:
To make effective your order on our schedule, it may be asked for a deposit of 30% of the total estimate, with double quotation signed for agreement.
The balance upon receipt of invoice, cash settlement.
For any cancellation of orders by the client 15 calendar days preceding the date of delivery, the first deposit will be refunded seven days before the date of the event. Cancellation within 2 days will be 50% of the total amount.
Booking of one week minimum in advance.
Confirmation of numbers at least 10 days before the reception. Ability to refine 48 hours before the date of the event.
The numbers ordered 48 hours before the event will be the numbers charged.

In Catering service:
The consumption of any residues will be under the responsibility of the client. In this case, a discharge should be signed by the client.
Losses and breakages of equipment are charged to the client.

Prices remain valid for three months after the mailing date of the estimate and may be subject to variation according to the current tariffs.
The cost of rehabilitation for damages caused to equipment and facilities made available to clients will be charged to them.
The responsibility of L'Auberge du Parc is totally committed in relation to all ancillary services billed by it and included in the final contract.
In the case of services billed directly by suppliers to the customer, Auberge du Parc, acting as an intermediary, emerges fully its responsibility vis-à-vis the latter. The customer may in no case be turned against the Auberge du Parc in case of irregularities in the services of the other supplier.
The new Community legislation governing our profession under the supervision of the D.G.S.V. (Veterinary Services) and the D.G.C.C.R.F. (Anti Fraud), force us to destroy and discard after receiving all products presented to consumers or reheated.
Therefore, being required to comply necessarily with these instructions, our Company disclaims fully its responsibility for the risks if our customers insist on keeping the remaining products, even for animal consumption.
Any disputes concerning the interpretation and enforcement of these terms fall within the competence of the Commercial Court of Epinal.
